Matthew Mark Carter II is an evangelist for Carter Ministries, Inc. He is a gifted Christian Evangelist, speaker and writer for workshops, conferences, seminars, revivals and other events. For the last ten years, he has served as an evangelist and speaker for conferences, workshops and worship services in the United States, the Caribbean, and Central America.
He has a Master’s degree in Theological Science from Smith Chapel Bible University, a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biblical Studies from Gulf Coast College & Seminary, and an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from the St. Thomas Christian College. He served as Senior Pastor of the Beulah Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Gretna, Florida, where he formerly served as President of the Congress of Christian Education (Union Baptist Association) and Vice Moderator for the Gadsden County Baptist Association (Southern Baptist Convention).

Bishop Thomas A. Bush, Sr. is a Bishop in the Smith Chapel Apostolic Church, Inc. His is Chief of Staff for the Gulf Coast College & Seminary and International Academic Educational Consortium. He also serves as Director of Evangelism for the Beulah Hill Missionary Baptist church in Gretna Florida. Bishop Bush is a guest preacher, Bible Teacher and Evangelist.
He has a Masters Degree in Theology and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Education from the Gulf Coast College & Seminary. Dr. Bush serves as a Professor of Biblical Studies at Gulf Coast College & Seminary. He is a Certified Grant Manager, Emergency Management Institute, Florida Emergency Management Agency.
Dr. Bush also serves as the Director of Foreign Mission Board with jurisdiction in the region of South America, the country of Peru, and the City of Lima.
Rita T. Carter, Ph.D. is the President and CEO for Carter Ministries. She is a visionary leader, committed educator and Church School Teacher for children and youth. She is also a guest speaker and has worked with ministers’ and Pastors’ wives ministries, women’s ministries and children outreach ministries. In addition to her work in Florida and the southeastern United States, she has participated on Christian Education Enrichment trips to the Caribbean, Central America and Mexico with Bridging the Gap and Carter Ministries.
She earned a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Special Education from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Over the last 34 years, she has attended and presented at numerous educational symposiums, workshops and conferences. Dr. Carter is a successful Grant Writer, Program Evaluator, Parent Trainer and Social Skills Trainer. She has also served as a guest speaker for churches in Florida, Georgia and during international travel.

Glenda L. Thornton, Esquire is one of the most sought after speakers in the southeastern United States. She is a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Tallahassee Florida. She is a senior executive with a renowned track record in business, law and Christian Evangelism. For over 20 years, she has served on over 25 business organizations, including boards of directors for banks and statewide (Florida) organizations. Additionally, she has found time to serve as a volunteer, fund raiser and board member for numerous non-profit organizations. Attorney Thornton is a graduate of Leadership Florida and Leadership Tallahassee and maintains an active schedule of statewide and regional business activities.
She earned her law degree from the Florida State University in Tallahassee Florida. Bishop Titus B. Deas, Jr., D.D. is one of the most dynamic and innovative Christian pastors in the United States. He became the founding senior pastor of Deliverance Temple Ministries First Born Church in Chattahoochee Florida, in 1995, where he serves today. Because of God’s anointing on his life and his abilities to preach, teach, evangelize and motivate the unsaved to give their lives to Jesus Christ, he was elected Presiding Bishop for the South Florida Diocese for the First Born Church.
Dr. Deas is President/CEO of Bridging the Gap Outreach, Inc. For seven years, Bridging the Gap has provided a six-week summer education enrichment program for hundreds of disadvantaged public school students in Gadsden County Florida. Under his leadership, Bridging the Gap annually sponsors a winter Christian Life Education and Enrichment Caribbean Cruise for pastors, ministers, evangelists and laity. Mr. Friall has served as an international business consultant for major industries and manufacturers based in the United States. Prior to joining TAS, He owned and operated a consulting group that focused on providing technical solutions to large corporate legal departments and law firms. He has formally held the positions of Vice President of Sales at New York based LegalKey Technologies and Director of Sales at Philadelphia based Law Manager Inc. He was also the Director of Sales at Solution6 (now MYOB), where he was responsible for global sales, marketing, and business development efforts for the company's enterprise and professional solutions.
Mr. Friall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Economics from Florida State University. He continues his professional education and training in business management, corporate governance, business start ups and international marketing for major manufacturing.
